All sales are final. Mattress Kings Outlet does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after merchandise has been purchased or ordered, except where required by law. Sale, clearance, floor-model, and special-order merchandise may have additional conditions disclosed before purchase. Customers are responsible for confirming the product, size, color, comfort preference, measurements, delivery address, and property access before completing the purchase.
Customers must inspect merchandise at pickup or delivery. Visible damage, missing pieces, or an incorrect item must be reported before the merchandise leaves the store or the delivery team leaves. Concealed delivery damage should be reported promptly with photographs and proof of purchase. Additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply when delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect measurements, blocked or unsafe access, no authorized adult present, or other conditions outside MKO’s control. Any discount, free item, delivery promise, or special agreement must be included in writing on the sales invoice.
Selected products include a five-year manufacturer factory warranty. Coverage is governed solely by the manufacturer’s written warranty and does not create a right to a return, refund, or exchange. Common factory warranty exclusions may include normal wear and tear, normal softening or changes in comfort preference, fabric or cover damage, stains, and structural damage caused by an improper or unsupportive foundation. Customers must retain the original receipt and factory tags. Mattress Kings Outlet may assist with submitting a claim, but the manufacturer determines eligibility and the available repair, replacement, or other remedy.
